TOPO AB: Who we are...

Presentation of our Office:

 

Our office was established at Volos, Greece by Papazisis Vasileios and Tsarouchas Alexandros, Surveying Engineers of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki - Greece. They both hold an M.Sc. in Hydrology and Hydraulic Works (Imperial College of London) and have an over 12 years of experience in Consulting Private and Public Sector in Topographic and Hydraulic Studies. They are Holders of a B’ Class Certificate of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Transport and Networks to undertake public projects in the fields of Hydraulic Studies (cat.13) and Topographic studies (cat.16).

As far as Private Studies are concerned, we work on Topographic Surveys, Urban Planning Applications, Surveys - Applications - Objection Acts for the National Cadastre, Valuation Studies for the Court, Stream and River Delineation - Regulation - Diversion studies (which are important for the validation of building permits), Studies for the Determination of the Coastline and the Beach, Characterization Acts from the Forest Agency, the Complete Procedure for the Legalization of Real Estate providing Certifications of Legality and finally on Building Certificates and Small - Scale Permits (in cooperation with our Network of Associated Engineers).

As far as Studies for the Public Sector are concerned, we work on the complete range of Topographic Surveys (Studies for the National Cadastre, Surveys for the Construction of New Infrastructure Works, High Accuracy Surveys, Topographic Plans - 3D Topographic Survey of Monuments and Historical Places, Foundation of New Topographic Networks etc), Hydraulic Studies (Stream and River Delineation - Diversion Studies, Flooding Protection Studies, Water Supply Networks, Sewer Networks, Water and Waste-Water Treatment Systems, Stormwater Networks, Hydrological Studies, Drainage Design for Road and Railway Construction Projects, Irrigation Networks, rehabilitation of uncontroled waste-disposal areas etc.) and finally on Studies and Applications related with Geographic Information Systems (G.I.S.).
